Focusing on the quality of care in emergency departments, this program builds a culture of continuous improvement.

It is designed to help clinicians and hospitals in Ontario identify, audit and investigate underlying causes of return visits to their emergency departments and take steps to address them. Visit Quorum to join the community of practice and to access quality improvement tools and resources.
