Statement of Purpose: The purpose of this data holding is to securely store a subset of the OCR for screening (OBSP, CCC, OBSP).
Need for Personal Health Information: PHI is required to support Ontario Cancer Screening Registry (OCSR) by identifying individuals who are ineligible for breast, colorectal and cervical screening.
