Statement of Purpose: The purpose of this data holding is to securely store data collected from laboratories about HPV results to support the Ontario Cervical Screening Program (OCSP) Program.
Need for Personal Health Information: PHI is required to manage the OCSP program, monitor, evaluate and report on HPV volumes, lab quality.
