Statement of Purpose: The purpose of this dataset is to collect summary diagnostic and treatment information about patients who have received health care services as an inpatient (including acute care, chronic care and rehabilitation care) in Ontario hospitals.
Need for Personal Health Information: PHI is required to track hospitalized inpatients.
