Statement of Purpose: The purpose of this dataset is for reporting and analysis purposes. It represents the basic set of data elements required to produce the quality, cost, and performance indicators for the cancer system.
Need for Personal Health Information: PHI is required to support multiple Ontario Health initiatives focused on radiation; systematic treatment; psychosocial oncology; palliative care; smoking cessation; symptom management, and the Ontario Cancer Registry.
